1. What’s included in a Home Hub membership?
With an annual Home Hub membership, you are paired with one dedicated handyman for up to 42 hours of service per year (approximately 3.5 hours per month). Membership includes all labor, personalized home maintenance planning, and access to virtual consultations. You can also choose to have parts purchased on your behalf for a small flat fee. The Home Hub app allows you to manage tasks, book visits, and message support.

2. How much does Home Hub cost?
Annual membership starts at $3,500 per year for Primary Care (approximately $292 per month), billed upfront. Pricing may vary by location. Home Hub offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee—if you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, you can request a full refund.

3. What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel within the first 30 days of membership for a full remaining refund. After that, your membership is non-refundable for the 12-month term. You can roll over up to four unused visits when you renew your membership.

4. What can my Home Hub handyman do?
Your Home Hub handyman can handle a wide range of home tasks, including:

Electrical: light fixtures, outlets, smoke detectors

Furniture assembly, TV and art mounting, smart home setup
For larger tasks that require licensed specialists—like electrical panel upgrades or major plumbing—Home Hub will connect you with trusted partners.

5. How often do I see my handyman?
You can use your 42 annual hours in flexible visit lengths—either 1 hour 45 minutes or 3.5 hour blocks. Your handyman will also handle clean-up and document completed tasks. Additional time or extra help can be added for an optional fee.
6. Do handymen handle parts and materials?
Handymen bring basic supplies like screws and caulk. For larger items, you can either provide them yourself or have Home Hub purchase them on your behalf with a flat $10 shopping fee per visit. Purchases over $100 require your approval.

Preventative Maintenance & Perks

7. Do you provide preventative home maintenance?
Yes. During your first 60 days, Home Hub will complete a home assessment and create a custom preventative maintenance plan. The Home Hub app will remind you when maintenance is due throughout the year.
8. What additional perks are available?
Home Hub offers optional seasonal services such as gutter cleaning, window washing, carpet cleaning, holiday light installation, knife sharpening, donation pickup, and more. Some of these services are included, while others may require an additional fee.

9. How are Home Hub handymen vetted?
Home Hub handymen are full-time employees with extensive experience. Our applicants must pass our thorough screening process, which includes background checks, skill assessments, and ongoing training.

10. Where is Home Hub available?
Home Hub currently serves the San Francisco Bay Area, Dallas-Fort Worth, Greater Los Angeles, Austin, Chicago, and other metro regions. You can confirm your area by entering your ZIP code in the Home Hub app.
11. Does Home Hub offer referral rewards?
Yes. When you refer a friend through the app, you both receive a $250 credit when they sign up. If you refer 10 friends within your first 6 months, you can earn a free year of membership.
Booking & Support
12. What happens during the free home walk-through?
The free 30 to 45-minute home walk-through allows us to review your to-do list, evaluate what tasks can be completed, and identify any that may require a specialist. No payment or credit card is required to schedule this visit.
13. How do I book visits or reach support?
You can book handyman visits, or contact Home Hub support directly through the Home Hub app. For urgent needs, you can call or text us directly.
